The Rezidence OSTROVNI is a new, in March 2009 opened apartment house downtown Prague, by the National Theatre; it originated by reconstruction of a neoclassic city house known as the House at Chimneysweepers. 800m² offer 10 gracious, air-conditioned rental apartments with three different layouts: Studio Apartment, One-Bedroom Apartment and Two-Bedroom Apartment, situated on 4 floors, and fabulous Stone Hall on the subterranean floor. The Rezidence OSTROVNI apartments are located downtown, a short walk to the main tourist sites and close for travel to other parts of Prague, however, in a quite street without any typical city noise - the apartments are quiet, which considering their location is quite amazing. They are fully furnished and equipped with every modern technology including free WiFi Internet access and Satellite TV and they can be rented for both short and long term stays. The apartments are suitable for both corporate clients on their business trips as well as individuals clients and they can also serve as a comfortable accommodation for the residents’ guests.
